The Role: What Youll Do
As aBDC Representative you are the first point of contact for our customers. You wont be closing deals on the showroom floor; instead youll be the engine that drives our appointments through:
- High-Volume Outreach:Making approximately 75 outbound calls per dayto follow up on interested leads.
- Multi-Channel Communication:Responding to inquiries via phone email and text.
- Personalized Video:Using quick desk-first video responses to introduce yourself and the vehicle to customers.
- Appointment Setting:Your primary goal is to provide value and schedule appointments for our sales team.

- Teachability:You dont need automotive experience. You do need to be a sponge for training and follow our specific communication frameworks.
- Resilience:Youre comfortable picking up the phone and staying motivated throughout the day.
