| Position Summary: | The Mission Engineering Group Leader (MEGL) provides senior leadership for mission-focused operational analysis scenario development logistics/sustainment considerations and wargaming support. This position guides a small multidisciplinary team to deliver rigorous decision-quality mission insights for government sponsors. The MEGL sets analytical and process standards ensures alignment across contributors maintains strong customer engagement and supports business and proposal development aligned to CDSMEs mission-engineering and operational-analysis competencies. This is a leadership-oriented role and does not require deep technical MBSE or model construction. |

| Minimum Qualifications: | R3 Level - Bachelors degree in a relevant field (engineering operations logistics management or related technical domain). - 8 years of relevant DoD or aerospace experience in operations sustainment mission analysis or wargaming support. - 4 years demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams toward analytical deliverables. - Ability to communicate operational constraints analytical assumptions results and risks to senior stakeholders. - Experience coordinating with government customers in structured operational or analytical environments. - Attention to detail - Due to the requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizen - Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI An R4 must meet all R3 minimum qualifications in addition to the qualifications listed below. -Bachelors degree and 12 years of directly related experience is required |

| Preferred Qualifications: | While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: - Masters degree in a technical analytical or management field. - 12 years of experience in operations sustainment mission analysis or related DoD leadership roles. - Experience supporting or shaping operational scenarios logistics assessments or mission-relevant wargaming events. - Familiarity with mission-engineering constructs such as mission context objectives operational flows effectiveness measures or mission threads. - Experience collaborating with digital engineering or MBSE practitioners to align operational analysis with model-based products. - Exposure to SysML/UAF-based mission or system modeling environments (e.g. Cameo) sufficient to review or interpret model outputs. - Experience collaborating with modeling simulation and analysis teams for defensible analytical outputs. - Familiarity with wargaming or simulation tools (e.g. Command Professional Edition AFSIM or similar) - Ability to facilitate alignment across diverse technical or stakeholder groups through structured mission or systems frameworks. - Experience supporting business development and proposal efforts. - Familiarity with DoD capability development or early systems engineering processes (e.g. pre-Milestone A). |
