Job Summary
Do you enjoy spending time with seniors
Charter House Senior Living Community is looking for an individual to transport residents/clients to a variety of appointments in a safe and efficient manner. Your responsibilities as a transporter include completing resident/client escort assignment in a timely manner and interacting politely and professionally with residents/clients family members and medical center staff.
**This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship with the exception of the TN visa classification; Also Mayo Clinic DOES NOT participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position you must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Qualifications
- Previous experience in geriatrics is preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and human relation skills to interact with residents/clients family members and staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and stress.
- Varied hours almost always during the day shift.

International Degrees
- A detailed equivalency evaluation is required demonstrating a U.S. equivalent degree.
- Evaluation must be completed by an organization listed as a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) () or the Association of International Credential Evaluators Inc. (AICE) ().
