Job Summary
Integrative Emergency Services LLC (IES) is looking for a Director of Process Optimization. This role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives that drive operational excellence efficiency and scalable process improvement across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate existing workflows identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic solutions that enhance organizational performance drive measurable financial and operational outcomes and support long-term scalability. The Director will play a critical role in optimizing revenue cycle operations including provider enrollment credentialing and payer-related workflows ensuring alignment with organizational growth objectives and regulatory requirements. Work will be based at the Corporate office in Dallas TX 75244.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide process optimization strategies aligned with business operational and revenue cycle goals.
- Evaluate current operational workflows across revenue cycle functions including credentialing provider enrollment and payer interactions to identify opportunities for improved efficiency accuracy and scalability.
- Design and implement standardized scalable process improvements that support organizational growth reduce operational risk and enhance performance outcomes
- Establish governance frameworks to prioritize track and measure the impact of process improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Partner with executive leadership and departmental leaders to identify strategic initiatives and drive alignment on high-impact operational improvements.
- Own and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency revenue cycle performance and cost optimization (e.g. turnaround times denial rates enrollment timelines and productivity metrics).
- Utilize data analysis reporting tools and performance metrics to assess operational effectiveness and guide continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational effectiveness system utilization and workflow standardization across departments.
- Collaborate with technology and operational teams to evaluate and implement automation system enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead organizational change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of new processes systems and operational frameworks.
- Build develop and lead a high-performing team focused on process improvement continuous improvement methodologies and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational scalability resource utilization and overall organizational efficiency while supporting revenue growth and cost containment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing hiring and training employees; planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level process improvement and operational transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations with preferred expertise in revenue cycle provider enrollment credentialing or payer-related processes.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive organizational change.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable operational and financial outcomes.
- Experience developing and managing performance metrics dashboards and executive-level reporting.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or similar frameworks (preferred).
- Strong financial and operational acumen with the ability to connect process improvements to business performance cost savings and revenue impact.
- Excellent organizational problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change in complex fast-paced healthcare environments.
- High level of professionalism discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data/reporting tools.
Education / Experience: Include minimum education technical training and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare Administration Operations Management or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations revenue cycle or process improvement roles
- 5 years of leadership experience with direct or indirect team management
- Experience leading large-scale process improvement workflow optimization or operational transformation initiatives
Preferred:
- Masters degree (MBA MHA or related field)
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement training environment
