Job Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedic)

Location: Concord NC

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic setting. This role is open to both experienced therapists and new graduates who are eager to work in a fast-paced patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Educate patients on rehabilitation and injury prevention
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
Float to nearby clinics as required

Patient Population:

Outpatient Orthopedic (post-op rehab sports injuries musculoskeletal conditions)

Schedule & Productivity:

Guaranteed: 36 hours/week (up to 40 hours expected)
Daily Caseload: 1214 patients
Productivity Target: 60 visits/week
Follow-up visits may be double-booked
Overtime requires prior approval

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
Outpatient experience preferred
New graduates accepted
First-time travelers accepted
Must be open to floating between clinics
