As a Security Officer Lobby Day Shiftin Wilmington NC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location as a Front Desk Officer where you will welcome visitors manage access and support daily security-related operations through strong communication and this customer-facing driving post you will help to deter incidents through a visible presence teamwork and integrity while delivering a caring and reliable experience for everyone entering the facility.

Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures managing visitor access and supporting security-related protocols for an industrial location.
• Monitor lobby and entrance activity verify identification and/or credentials as required and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence.
• Answer phones greet employees visitors and contractors and direct them according to location procedures and front desk instructions.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Complete logs reports and other front desk documentation related to visitor activity deliveries and security-related events in accordance with site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3 years of combined law enforcement military and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Be 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
