Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients developing treatment plans and delivering high-quality therapy services to improve mobility function and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care

Patient Population:

  • Outpatient Orthopedic

Work Schedule & Expectations:

  • Guaranteed 36 hours/week with potential to work up to 40 hours/week
  • Expected productivity: 60 visits per week
  • Average 1214 patients per day
  • Follow-up visits may be double-booked
  • No floating to other clinics
  • Opportunity to work within a travel team model (clinic or nearby location if applicable)

Requirements:

  • Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (state-specific)
  • Outpatient experience preferred
  • First-time travelers accepted
  • New graduates will not be considered
  • Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
