Job Summary:The Accounts ReceivableSpecialist position within Crisis24s Private Strategic Groupis responsible forauditing services provided and preparing client-specific billing on both arecurringmonthly and ad-hoc basis. We are looking for asharpcandidate with strong experience in contract-based and service billing. The ideal candidate willpossessthe necessary technical skills along with excellent communication and meticulous attention to detail and will thrive in managing high-touch(client sensitivity)relationships in a fast-paced this role on a growing teamhighlightopportunities to contribute to process development and workflow invoices according to company practices andsubmitthem to customers via email or client website Labor Audit (Personnel Scheduling) time billing requirements and expense data (Billable Nonbillable) to prepare client invoices in alignment with existing clientMSA/ all aspects of the collection of outstanding debts owed to the monthly statements follow up on past-due and unresolved payment issues and contact clients to discuss their andmaintaincustomized reports for clients and reconcile customer accounts including unapplied effectively with team members and customers both internal and external in a professional manner across various communication other related duties as years of experience in AR-specific functions and Billing/ in contract billing and managing various client bill and comfortable working under tight in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and knowledge of Pivot Payable and Concur to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced learn alternative accounting software ofWinTeamis a significant customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across internal and external -oriented with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
