Job Summary
This role will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience by recommending improvements that align with the organizations guidelines standards and procedures. Responsibilities will include monitoring email communications system documentation and ensuring the accuracy and thoroughness of information conveyed. You will also ensure adherence to key drivers that support an exceptional customer addition to these duties this role will have a hospitality mindset ensuring every customer interaction is warm welcoming and personalized. You will help escalate customer needs promptly and act as a subject matter expert for the team providing informal leadership and guidance. This role will also involve assisting the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and with a high level of service excellence.
Essential Functions
Performs/coordinates basic office duties such as sorting mail and deliveries.
Utilizes the appropriate software applications to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of office workload.
Demonstrates customer focus and service excellence principles.
Responsible for performing and monitoring various inventories replenishment and distribution of supplies.
Promptly identifies and resolves or escalates customer concerns or complaints to achieve positive outcomes.
Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
5 years of relevant experience Customer Care Center environment with increasing level of responsibility
Preferred
Associates Degree
