Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to perform routine radiographic fluoroscopic and portable imaging procedures in diagnostic radiology nursing units outpatient areas and surgery departments. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality imaging while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic exams according to physician orders
• Conduct routine fluoroscopic and portable imaging procedures
• Ensure proper patient positioning for accurate imaging
• Maintain radiation safety for patients and staff
• Operate diagnostic radiology equipment and printers
• Assist with scheduling exams and coordinating patient transport
• Accurately document imaging procedures and patient information
• Report equipment issues to management and clinical engineering
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow
• Support radiologic technologist students as needed
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Assist with quality assurance and departmental audits

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and sterile techniques
• Experience with patient positioning and equipment operation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Certifications & Licensure

• ARRT Certification (required)
• BLS American Heart Association (required)
