Job Summary

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8:00pm 4:00am. *Required Overtime will be mandatory. Up to 4 hours daily depending on company needs. Weekend production will be required on a needed basis.

Anticipated hourly range:$17.65/hourly-$24.75/hourly (This will include Shift Differential)

What Quality Control contributes to Cardinal Health

Quality develops and implements quality policies procedures and processes to ensure products and services comply with regulatory standards and specifications.

Quality Control is responsible for the analysis or inspection of materials components products or processes for compliance with specifications and standards.



Job Summary

The Tech II Quality Control performs varied product inspections or analysis generally of finished goods components incoming materials or new products by observing measuring and recording data using applicable measurement tools. Compiles and inputs data documents and process findings and interprets results. Completes applicable documents needed for the release of product to the field. This job follows demonstrates knowledge of testing methods product usage and applicable procedures according to regulations and standards and adheres to established policies and procedures but also participates in the establishment of future inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Performs varied product inspections or analysis generally of finished goods components incoming materials or new products by observing measuring and recording data using applicable measurement tools.
  • Compiles and inputs data documents and process findings and interprets results.
  • Completes applicable documents needed for the release of product to the field.
  • Follows demonstrates knowledge of testing methods product usage and applicable procedures according to regulations and standards and adheres to established policies and procedures but also participates in the establishment of future inspection procedures.
  • GMP Audits
  • Inspection reports and product sample testing
  • Maintain written records of inspections

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • 1-2 years related work experience and/or training preferred

  • Maintains appropriate licenses training and certifications

  • Work typically involves regular review of output by work lead or supervisor
  • Refers complex unusual problems to supervisor
