Pronto Staffing is seeking a dependable production worker for a busy local manufacturing facility.
Job Summary
Pronto Staffing is hiring a production team member to help process materials in a manufacturing setting. You will work with industrial tools and equipment to prepare products for shipping. This is a great role for someone who is mechanically inclined and likes to stay busy throughout their shift.
Responsibilities
Use grinders and sanders to process plastic materials
Operate large chainsaws to cut materials to size
Drive a forklift to move materials through the facility
Use tools like calipers and micrometers to check work
Use basic math skills to complete production tasks
Keep the work area safe and organized
Requirements
Must be able to speak and understand English
Experience with forklifts and industrial saws is preferred
Ability to use basic math and measuring tools
Must have a valid ID and reliable transportation
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must wear steel-toe boots jeans and a T-shirt
Work Environment
Stand on concrete for the full 12-hour shift
Lift 50 lbs or more throughout the workday
Work in a facility with changing temperatures and climates
Follow all safety rules while using heavy equipment
