CertifiedHome Health Aid License from the State of New Jersey

PPD skin test for TB

Essential Functions:

• Companionship-actively engaged with each client and theirfamilies.
• Meal preparation
• Errands/Transportation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Follow client care plan and provide updates as needed
• Personal care (CHHA/CNA Only)
• Household Management
