At Adams Manufacturing part of the Keter Group were looking for a Production Shift Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment values teamwork and knows that strong leadership can turn good shifts into great ones. This isnt a desk job. Youll be in the heart of the actioncoaching mentoring and motivating your team to work safely produce quality products and keep operations running smoothly.

What Youll Do Each Night

Lead by example Set the tone for safety quality and teamwork from the very first minute of the shift.

Coach and mentor Develop your associates skills offer constructive feedback and help them reach their potential.

Plan and adapt Assign work manage priorities and adjust quickly when challenges arise.

Drive results Monitor quality productivity and downtime to keep the shift on track.

Champion change Encourage continuous improvement embrace new ideas and help your team adapt to evolving processes.

Collaborate Work closely with maintenance quality warehouse and planning teams to keep production flowing.

What Were Looking For

Leadership skills that motivate people and build strong teams.

Change management experience you know how to lead people through transitions.

Hands-on problem-solving ability you can think fast and act decisively.

Experience supervising in a manufacturing or similar environment.

Comfort with technology (Microsoft Office production systems).

Your Schedule

Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

12-hour shifts with a rotating scheduleenjoy every other Friday Saturday and Sunday off.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Management Manufacturing Industrial Engineering or a related field a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
• Proven experience in managing production teams and improving manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of production equipment and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong change management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Highly proficient with MS Office
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• SAP experience a plus.
