Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LPN will support clinical care delivery ensure patient safety and contribute to positive outcomes through teamwork and adherence to established care standards.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Assessment: Collect and document non-interpretive patient data including physiological psychosocial and cognitive status.
Support Activities of Daily Living: Assist patients with hygiene mobility ambulation and meal support.
Clinical Support: Aid in patient positioning pre- and post-operative care and post-mortem care as required.
Safety and Monitoring: Respond promptly to patient needs call lights and report changes in condition to the RN.
Patient-Centered Care: Recognize diverse patient needs across age culture language and disabilities; communicate effectively with patients families and caregivers.
Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care delivery.
Required Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Knowledge of patient care standards and clinical practices
