Job Summary
Were looking for a motivated Automotive Paint Prep Technician to join our team. This is an excellent entry point for someone who wants to build a career as an automotive painter. If you take pride in your work pay attention to detail and want to grow in a skilled trade this is your opportunity.
What Youll Do:
Prepare vehicles and parts for paint (sanding masking cleaning priming)
Assist painters with staging and setup
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety procedures and shop standards
Learn advanced painting techniques from experienced professionals
What Were Looking For:
Strong work ethic and reliability
Attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and grow into a painter role
Previous automotive or body shop experience is a plus but not required
