Riley Hotel Groupis currently seeking part- and full-timeGuest Service Representativeto join their team inKey West Florida!In this role you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guests requests.

The right candidate will have:
- 1 year of Front Desk experience preferred
- Must have flexible availability including holidays and weekends
- Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic
Our Guest Service Representative will:
- Greet check-in and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises distribute keys and room assignments and record credit card and personal information
- Manage room bookings in-person online and through incoming calls
- Answer guests questions about hotel amenities rewards programs special requests and any other needs
- Perform regular bookkeeping duties
- Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodation is ready
