Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Coordinator to provide clinical mental health services in a structured facility setting. This role involves conducting assessments developing treatment plans and delivering counseling and crisis intervention services while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and clinical assessments
• Develop implement and modify individualized treatment plans
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services based on patient needs
• Document all evaluations treatments and progress accurately in healthcare records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information
• Apply psychological counseling theories and techniques effectively
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience including 2 years in a similar role
• Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Mental Health Counseling or related field
• Active LPC LCSW or LMFT license in the state of practice
• Strong clinical assessment counseling and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a structured and secure environment
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Requirements

• Valid Drivers License (preferred or as required by contract)
