Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a high patient volume while delivering quality patient-centered care to improve mobility and functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with outpatient orthopedic conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as needed
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Educate patients on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention
Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Effectively manage a high-volume caseload

Work Environment & Expectations:

Outpatient orthopedic setting
Productivity expectation: 60 visits per week
Average 1214 patients per day
Double-booking of follow-up visits may be required
May be required to float to nearby clinics
Opportunity to participate in a travel team across multiple clinics
Overtime must be approved prior to working

Required Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
