This role owns the end to end onboarding and offboarding lifecycle supports ongoing training initiatives manages knowledge and documentation assets and leads department engagement activities that reinforce culture connection and operational excellence.
This position serves as a central partner to Legal & Compliance leadership Legal Operations Human Resources Information Technology and other cross functional stakeholders to ensure a consistent high quality employee experience and strong operational support across the department. This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities.
Education:
Bachelors Degree in human resources education business administration or a related field (Required)
Masters Degree in human resources education business administration or a related field (Preferred)
Work Experience:
- 7 years of experience in learning and development program management or a related field (Required)
- Experience supporting a legal compliance or highly regulated professional environment strongly preferred.
Salary Range: Minimum 44.81/hour - Maximum 71.70/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
