This role supports departmental goals by performing a variety of assigned maintenance and upkeep tasks as needed.This position reflects PCIs core values of Perseverance Opportunity Accountability Respect Culture and Honesty.Key Responsibilities:- Performs routine maintenance and upkeep of roads trails facilities and grounds
- Operates cleans and services equipment and tools
- Completes lawn care tasks including mowing edging and weed control
- Assists with minor repairs pressure washing and general upkeep
- Helps set up pavilions and supports public events
- Follows all safety guidelines and performs other assigned duties
Core Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two (2) years verifiable job related employment experience required.
- Must possess certification of Mandatory Reporter Training or obtain certification during the first week of employment.
- Must possess a valid state drivers license and an insurable driving record according to Tribal insurance guidelines.
- Ability to work odd and irregular hours as needed.
- Must successfully pass the required criminal and character background check.
- Ability to travel and participate in required training leadership development and other events.
- Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities of this position adequately and successfully.
Essential Competencies:- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift 5080 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Follows instructions and safety procedures
- Works independently and stays task-focused
- Accountable reliable and communicates effectively
