Aftermarket Parts Processor
Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Aftermarket Parts Processor is responsible for processing customer orders for Aftermarket and Warranty shipments. The Aftermarket Parts Processor also has the responsibility to work safe maintain a positive attitude be respectful to all and focus efforts and abilities toward building a quality part in the time allotted.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performs processing all parts orders to include picking packing and invoicing of shipments.
- Creates work orders.
- Performs processing of returns from dealers and to suppliers.
- Performs daily and weekly cycle counts and inventory activity.
- Completes all required HazMat training classes and seminars.
- Completes all assigned or team duties in a timely manner.
- Completes keeping work area clean safe and hazard free.
- Able to drive a 26 box truck in the city and on the highway.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Certificate(s) or License(s): Class E Drivers License
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY:
- Basic Computer Skills
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- N/A
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Regularly stands walks works on a computer and lifts up to 50 lbs.
Seldom/never sits.
Additional Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift a minimum 75 lbs.
- Frequent bending kneeling and working on hands and knees.
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
Performs tasks and duties under general supervision using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures policies and practices.
