Senior Program Manager, DSP Global Offer

Do you want to lead design of Amazons last mile business product strategy Are you looking for a high-impact global role where you can use your product management expertise to transform a critical part of Amazons business The Global Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization is seeking an exceptional Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic initiative reshaping our global last mile delivery operations.

At Amazon were constantly reinventing the customer experience including how we fulfill and deliver orders. A key part of this is our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program which empowers small businesses to build their own delivery companies using Amazons proven logistics technology and processes. These DSP partners form the backbone of our last mile delivery network across 20 international geographies allowing us to provide a fast reliable and cost-effective delivery experience for our customers.

The Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for supporting end-to-end launches of DSP 2.0 program expansions along with supporting day-to-day program needs post-launch as programs scale develop and work through growing pains. This role will support DSP program expansions by developing and managing program timelines and requirements; conducting analytical deep dives on how we operationalize the program; and day-to-day program stakeholder management. This role will be required to drive progress across multiple programs as well as prioritize and address program issues as they arise. This individual will serve as a leader for program management across the team and will help develop standardized operating processes for how we expand and launch programs in new geographies as well as develop best practices for how we operationalize new program offerings. The optimal fit for this role will be a candidate wanting to roll-up their sleeves dive into a challenge develop a solution and path forward by working with multiple stakeholders and convince senior management that their solution is the best one. The optimal candidate will be comfortable driving critical business decisions in a fast-paced high pressure and often ambiguous environment. A successful candidate will be customer focused highly analytical resourceful with a track record for delivering results a strong writer and able to operate at all levels of the organization. Any background in logistics last mile supply chain or with metrics and program management will be considered a plus.

This role will involve up to 15% travel


- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership

- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
