Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Implementation Manager to lead the planning execution and successful delivery of ERP and CRM implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience overseeing complex system rollouts with a specific background in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite implementations. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams manage project timelines budgets and risks and ensure stakeholder alignment from pre-implementation through post-go-live support.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Implementation Manager to lead the planning execution and successful delivery of ERP and CRM implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience overseeing complex system rollouts with a specific background in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite implementations. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams manage project timelines budgets and risks and ensure stakeholder alignment from pre-implementation through post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project management for ERP and CRM implementations with a major focus on Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite projects
- Define project scope deliverables goals and success criteria in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules resource assignments and budgets
- Lead cross-functional implementation teams ensuring clear communication accountability and alignment at each project phase
- Act as the primary point of contact for business users technical staff sponsors and third-party vendors/consultants
- Monitor project progress manage issues/risks and proactively resolve roadblocks to maintain project health and schedule
- Facilitate system and process design sessions requirements gathering user acceptance testing (UAT) training and change management activities
- Ensure data migration system configuration integration and customization tasks are executed effectively
- Manage cutover and go-live activities as well as post-launch stabilization and knowledge transfer to support teams
- Track and report project status KPIs and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders
- 5 years of end-to-end project management experience with a strong focus on ERP and CRM implementations
- Demonstrated success as a project manager or implementation manager on Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams competing priorities and cross-functional project teams
- Solid understanding of business processes in finance sales supply chain and customer operations
- Experience developing detailed project plans budgets status reports and risk mitigation strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence and partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency with common project management frameworks (Agile Waterfall Hybrid) and tools (Jira MS Project Gants Charts Smartsheet etc.)
- Comfortable leading remote and onsite teams and coordinating with distributed vendor and partner resources
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science Information Systems or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Scrum Master or similar certification
- Experience implementing other leading ERP or CRM platforms
- Experience within the Alarms industry
- Familiarity with system integration data migration and change management best practices
- Based in the Greater Boston area (ability to attend occasional onsite sessions as needed)
