The role:

As a Production Systems Engineer you will help drive our goals by:

• Maintainingaccurate controlled manufacturing process documentation in line with qualityregulatoryand internal standards.

• Creating andmaintainingproduct routings in KBM to reflect current manufacturing processesresourcesand lead times.

• Supporting the migration of process documentation and manufacturing data into CAQ systems ensuring version control and data integrity.

• Leading the Quote Review Board (QRB) process to assess manufacturability costfeasibilityand production readiness for new product opportunities.

• Developing detailed cost analyses covering labor materialsequipmentand external vendor contributions.

• Coordinating with external vendors to assess capabilities and integrate supplier processes into internal routing and costing models.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience in manufacturing engineering productionsystemsor a closely related engineering role.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows processdocumentationand product routing.

• Experience with ERP or MRP systems with KBM experience highlyadvantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to perform cost estimation manufacturabilityassessmentsand vendor evaluations.

• Clear communication and collaboration skills when working across engineering productionplanningand commercial teams.
