Head of Product

We are looking for a Head of Product to lead product strategy and execution for an existing consumer software platform within Amazon Devices & Services with millions of customers. You will own the think big product vision and customer experience across multiple Amazon device surfaces on a cross-functional product working at the intersection of consumer product strategy platform engineering external partnerships and AI/ML.

This role operates in a complex multi-stakeholder environment where multiple VP-level organizations depend on the products you own. You will drive alignment through data written narratives and high-judgment trade-offs balancing near-term customer and business needs with long-term strategic positioning. The role includes think big proposal delivery and presentation to (S)VP audiences as we seek to reinvent customer experiences and create new initiatives.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead and develop a product and design team to define product vision strategy and multi-year roadmap for consumer software platforms across Amazons device portfolio
- Foster an organizational culture that thinks big and takes risks is customer obsessed data driven and communicates with clarity
- Write PRFAQs that will be reviewed at the VP/SVP level
- Drive cross-functional execution with engineering science business development and executive teams
- Own business outcomes including customer engagement monetization and partner alignment
- Make high-judgment trade-offs between features platform stability and time-to-market

About the team
This is a multi-site organization spanning Seattle Sunnyvale and Bangalore with engineering product design science and QA disciplines. We build software that is a critical dependency for Amazons device programs our work directly impacts device launches OS releases and the daily experience of tens of millions of customers.

- 5 years of team management experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- 7 years of end to end product delivery experience
- Experience with AI/ML technologies

- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
- Experience developing deploying and managing AI products at scale
- Experience managing competing priorities across a wide range of stakeholders
- Experience presenting to SVP and C-Level
- Experience managing revenue-generating products with external partnership dependencies

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
