Pay:

  • $21.75/hr.

  • Pay for skills program earn up to an additional $2/hour

  • Up to $4000 annual performance bonus

Schedule: Immediate 1st shifts (Monday Friday 6:00a-2:30pm) 2nd shift (Monday- Friday 2:30pm-10:00 pm) & 3rd shift (Monday- Friday 10:00 pm-6:30 am)

Job Overview: Associates will receive store and distribute material and products within the distribution center.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Unloads separates counts and verifies products received

  • Uses RF Handheld units to move products and/or load trucks

  • Assembles and secures customer orders on pallets in specified dock location

  • Replenishes materials in the cutting area

  • Uses machinery to measure and cut product

  • Assist with cycle counting

  • Supports the facilitys quality program

  • Complies with all safety policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements:

  • Can perform basic reading writing arithmetic and computer functions

  • Able to communicate and cooperate with other associates

  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Physical Demand:

Must be able to lift light loads and physically traverse throughout the facility. Must possess sufficient motor skills to operate and utilize a forklift. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand use hands to finger handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit stoop and crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds-Team lift or reach truck may be utilized to move these heavier reels. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical equipment. The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to high precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
