Position Summary

Cloud5 Communications is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee planning executing and delivering technology initiatives that support business objectives. This role oversees the full project lifecyclefrom requirements gathering and resource planning to implementation and post-launch reviewensuring projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget. This role will support Cloud5s large-scale digital transformation initiatives including a key initiative to connects core business systems (e.g. Salesforce NetSuite ServiceNow) through APIs to function as a unified platform. The position operates across both project delivery (70%) and capacity/program management (30%) requiring a balance of hands-on execution and strategic oversight of project portfolio health resource allocation team management and prioritization.

What Youll Bring (Required Qualifications)

15 years of IT project management experience

Proven success managing enterprise system implementations integrations or digital transformation initiatives

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies (networking wireless firewalls servers cloud services)

Ability to operate at both project execution and program/capacity management levels

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities

Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and executive presentation skills

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet Jira)

PMP certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospitality multifamily or commercial real estate environments

Managed services provider (MSP) or professional services experience
