Our online presence is a critical driver of showroom traffic and sales performance and we are looking for aresults-driven Internet Sales Managerto lead and grow our digital pipeline.Position OverviewThe Internet Sales Manager is responsible fordriving inbound lead conversion managing digital customer interactions and maximizing appointment show rates and sales performance. This role will oversee internet leads from initial inquiry to showroom visit ensuring fast response times consistent follow-up and a high level of customer engagement.This is ahigh-impact revenue-focused rolewith direct influence on dealership growth.Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming internet leads (website third-party social media and chat)
- Ensurerapid response times(calls texts emails) to maximize engagement
- Set confirm and track customer appointments with a focus onshow rate and sold rate
- Lead train and hold theinternet team accountable to performance metrics
- Develop and execute follow-up processes to increase lead conversion
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and customer experience
- Monitor CRM activity to ensure consistent and effective communication
- Analyze performance data (lead sources closing ratios appointment metrics) and adjust strategy accordingly
- Drive continuous improvement in processes scripts and customer engagement
Qualifications
- Proven experience inautomotive internet sales or sales management
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management processes
- Demonstrated ability toconvert leads into appointments and sales
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills
- High level of accountability and performance-driven mindset
