Job Summary
Position Overview
Inabia islooking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in a Outpatient setting. If youre passionate about patient-centered care and enjoy collaborating with a supportive team wed love to meet you.In this role youll evaluate patients build individualized plans of care and deliver skilled interventions that help people move better and live better.Youll partner closely with the interdisciplinary team and educate patients/caregivers to support safe progress and smooth transitions of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations develop individualized care plans and deliver therapy services based on patient needs.
- Provide daily treatments track functional progress and support discharge planning.
- Collaborate closely with therapy nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
- Complete accurate timely and compliant clinical documentation.
- Manage a steady outpatient caseload while maintaining quality of care and patient satisfaction.
- Support clinic flow and communicate effectively with patients families and referring providers.
Qualifications
- Active New Mexico Physical Therapist license or eligibility to practice in the state required.
- Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Strong communication teamwork and documentation skills.
Schedule
- Shift: 5 x 8 Day shifts.
- Typical schedule: M-F 8a-5p.
