Shift: Nights
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor & this role you will provide comprehensive care to expectant mothers throughout the childbirth process ensuring the safety and well-being of both mother and newborn. You will collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teams in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs throughout labor and delivery
- Assist physicians during deliveries and obstetric procedures including emergencies
- Administer medications IV therapies and other prescribed treatments
- Provide postpartum care and patient education to mothers and families
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska
- Minimum experience in Labor & Delivery required
- Current BLS certification required
- ACLS and NRP certifications preferred
