Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care. The ideal candidate will evaluate plan and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients improve mobility reduce pain and restore function.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic therapy
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Float to other clinics as needed

Patient Population:

Outpatient Orthopedic patients

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Active state licensure (or eligibility)
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills
Ability to manage a fast-paced outpatient setting
