Position Overview
Inabia is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join the outpatient rehabilitation team in Sacramento California. The position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys hands-on patient care strong interdisciplinary collaboration and a consistent weekday schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations develop individualized care plans and deliver therapy services based on patient needs.
- Provide daily treatments track functional progress and support discharge planning.
- Collaborate closely with therapy nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
- Complete accurate timely and compliant clinical documentation.
- Manage a steady outpatient caseload while maintaining quality of care and patient satisfaction.
- Support clinic flow and communicate effectively with patients families and referring providers.
Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to practice in the state required.
- Strong communication teamwork and documentation skills.
Schedule
- Shift: 5 x 8 Day shifts.
- Typical schedule: M-F 8a-5p.
