Job Summary
We are a Government and Commercial focused Specialty Contractor supporting clients throughout the US and overseas.
We are currently in need of an experienced Project Manager for the Colorado Springs area.

What you have to offer:
- 3 years experience in Commercial Construction
- 2 years experience as a Project Manager
- Estimating experience is a huge PLUS
- Ability to Manage Financials/ Budget
- Contracts and negotiations
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Strong communication skills
- Client interfacing
- Computer savvy with construction software capabilities.
- Confidence to step in and hit the ground running
