Job Summary

Job Description: Chief Financial Officer at Royal Inspection Services Inc.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
Develop financial strategies and closely monitor financial performance.
Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Manage the budgeting process and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Lead financial forecasting and risk management efforts.
Supervise accounting audit tax and treasury functions.
Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and board members.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role.
Strong knowledge of financial management accounting principles and financial laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make high-level financial decisions and drive business growth.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1-10 years of experience in financial management.
Experience in the engineering construction or home inspection industry is a plus.
Previous experience with financial planning and budgeting.
Experience in risk management and financial analysis.

Salary & Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $60050 per year.
Maximum Salary: $180048 per year.
