Job Summary

As a strategic leader the Senior Director Executive Compensation shapes and advances executive pay programs that support business performance leadership excellence and longterm enterprise this role you will guide the design and governance of executive compensation programs that are competitive marketaligned and built to inspire high performance across senior leadership. You will partner with Senior HR Finance Legal and Governance leaders to deliver thoughtful datadriven solutions that reinforce our commitment to responsible futureready reward strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy design and delivery of executive compensation programsincluding annual incentives longterm incentives and total compensation frameworksensuring strong alignment to business goals and talent needs.

  • Oversee equity strategy grant processes performance metrics and longterm value creation through effective incentive plan design.

  • Guide governance and compliance activities partnering with Legal and Corporate Governance on SEC requirements tax rules disclosures and payforperformance analysis.

  • Prepare materials and insights for the Boards People Resources Committee including program updates competitive market analyses and recommendations.

  • Monitor external trends investor expectations regulatory changes and market dynamics to inform program evolution and ensure competitiveness.

  • Lead executive compensation benchmarking modeling and analytics to drive databased decisionmaking.

  • Mentor and lead a highperforming team fostering collaboration capability building and a culture of excellence.

  • Partner with HRBPs Talent Management Finance Legal and external consultants to deliver seamless executive compensation processes and solutions.

  • Oversee operational execution of compensation cycles ensuring accuracy clarity and timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in executive compensation or total rewards including leadership responsibilities.

  • Expertise in executive compensation plan design analytics governance and market practices.

  • Strong knowledge of SEC regulations equity compensation tax requirements and disclosure standards.

  • Experience preparing materials for or partnering with Board committees.

  • Exceptional analytical skills business acumen and executive presence.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred; advanced degree such as JD or MBA a plus.

  • CCP or CECP certification.

  • Experience in a large publicly traded global organization.

  • Experience across broader Rewards or HR disciplinessuch as broadbased compensation mergers & acquisitions HR operations or benefitsis valued and can further enhance success in this role.

Travel may be needed based upon the priorities of the role.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary of 190200 - 317000 USD / yearly depending on relevant factors including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
