No two days are alike in this dynamic role. Youll be a key player in keeping our dealership running smoothly by:

• Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly professional attitude
• Assisting customers in-person and over the phone with accurate parts information
• Managing and stocking incoming inventory in the correct locations
• Keeping the parts department clean organized and efficient
• Accurately pricing parts and accessories and maintaining up-to-date system records
• Promoting current specials and value-added offerings
• Representing the companys values in every interaction with customers coworkers and vendors

• 2 years of automotive parts department experience (preferred)
• 1 year of sales experience (preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced process-driven environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Bilingual is a plus!
