Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality care by evaluating patients developing treatment plans and helping individuals restore mobility and function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength mobility and function
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Patient Population:
- Primarily Outpatient Orthopedic patients (may vary based on clinic needs)
Productivity Expectations:
- 60 visits per week
- 1214 patients per day
- Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical organizational and communication skills
