Job Summary

About Your Role:

The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing high-value client & partner relationships within the most strategic Spectrotel accounts. This role is centered on proactively selling Spectrotels full portfolio of services uncovering new opportunities and cultivating longterm strategic partnerships. While the SAE leads all sales strategy and owns the overall account plan this partnership is aligned with a Strategic Account Manager who assists in supporting critical operational activities including Business Reviews MACs service delivery alignment billing support and troubleticket escalation and follow-up. Ensuring the SAE stays focused on accelerating growth and maximizing client value.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develops and executes marketing plans and programs.
  • Drives revenue growth and expansion of company services
  • Serve as a trusted advisor teammate and advocate for assigned clients.
  • Helps build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Works with team to proactively address issues or escalations.
  • Responsible for identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with quoting engineering and product teams to present competitively tailored solutions.
  • Works with team on contract renewals pricing negotiations and proposal development.
  • Drive Service Improvement Plans to enhance client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Spectrotel products and services offered including Managed Services Mobility Connectivity Cloud Services and Professional Services. Training will be provided.
  • Proven Account Selling skills required to create maintain and enhance customer relationships
  • Minimum 5 years of direct or indirect Account selling/customer-facing experience
  • Highly meticulous self-driven and focused on achieving measurable outcomes
  • This role demands a strong blend of strategic business insight and technical expertise
  • Escalation management and timely Issue resolution
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
  • Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Undergraduate degree
