Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming and attentive face of the hotels outdoor pool area
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
• Provide excellent guest service in a lively outdoor setting
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside service areas
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a relaxing enjoyable pool experience
• Follow all food safety alcohol service and company policies
• Communicate effectively with kitchen bar and management teams
• Report to the Restaurant Supervisor or Restaurant Man

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

• A combination of education and experience.

What Youll Need to Succeed

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Ability to sit stand bend kneel and lift as requiredwith or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays if needed
• A warm professional demeanor that reflects HVMGs Culture of Excellenceby showing a warm smile friendly personality and positive attitude.
