Flagstaff Medical Center is a 270-bed regional hospital distinguished by its high-quality care specialty services and Level I Trauma Center. Opportunity Details:
- Staffing Model: 3 Neonatologists to evenly share rounding & call coverage
- 122 annual shifts which translates to 20 days off per month to enjoy all the beauty that northern Arizona has to offer
- 24/7 in-house NNPs
- Full time clinical educator and speech and developmental therapists
- A collaborative approach to care
- Night call from home with 30 min response time expectation
- Level IIIA NICU: 28 weeks and above nitric HFOV no surgery
- Occasional telehealth consultation and assistance with transport for Level I nursery in Cottonwood AZ staffed 24/7 by experienced in-house NNPs
- 18 beds
- ADC: 10
- 1000 Annual deliveries
- 25-30% of admissions are transports in with a large geographic catchment area
- Minimum 3 years post-fellowship experience required
- Expectation to relocate to Flagstaff and join our vibrant and close-knit community

Board Certified AZ license or ability to be licensed in Arizona
