About the Position:
The School Psychologist will promote the educational and psychological well-being of the students who may require supportive services to benefit fully from the districts educational programs. The School Psychologist will be responsible for performing and reporting educational evaluations for students suspected of having a learning disability. This may include but is not limited to cognitive academic social and emotional and adaptive addition the School Psychologist may be responsible for small group and/or individual counseling and social skills instruction.
Qualifications:
Specialist-level degrees (Masters or equivalent) in School Psychology Applied Educational Psychology or a related field and NH certification as School Psychologist are required.

This is a full-time school year position working186 days per year (180 school days plus 6 additional days); salary based on experience; generous benefits including but not limited to: medical dental life accidental death & dismemberment and long-term disability insurance with generous cost share; NH Retirement enrollment; 403(b) plan; sick and personal leave; etc.
Selection Process:
Our interview process is designed for you to learn about our District and why Pelham is a great place to work! Our selection process typically includes an initial phone interview followed by an in-person interview with school administration and the Superintendent of Schools. The final step in the hiring process is nomination by the School Board.
