Competitive pay that includes a 40-hour a week guarantee as well as incentive pay. Entry-level A Tech pay starting at $72000 a year (40-hour a week flat rate); Honda Master Tech pay starting at $82000 (40-hour a week flat rate).

Responsibilities
- Test to check systems and components are secure and working properly.
- Isolate the systems or components that might have caused the problem.
- Drive the vehicle for testing purposes and inspect/refill fluid levels as necessary.
- Perform quality 27-point Multi-Point Inspection
- Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter and communicate oil levels to teammates.
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles.
- Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicles breakdown or damage.
- Use power tools machine tools and common hand tools to perform various tasks.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities
- Effective analytical and communication skills witheagerness to improve
- Ability to learn new technology repair/service procedures and specifications
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work while standing witharms extended overhead for long periods
- Candidates must possess a valid Missouri State Inspectors License
- Automotive Technology Degree preferred
- At least one year of experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership setting is required
- Able to work some Saturdays
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
