Job Summary
Job Title: Welder Direct HireLocation: Columbus Ohio 43230 (Gahanna)Position Overview:The Welder is responsible for performing high-quality TIG and MIG welding on a variety of metals with a particular emphasis on stainless steel and aluminum. This role requires proven expertise precision and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate their skills through a weld and print test at the time of the Responsibilities:Perform TIG and MIG welding with proven proficiency on stainless steel (down to 20 ga. average 1416 ga.) and with modular fixturing (minimum of 1 year experience required).Read and interpret drawings and weld symbols with grinding polishing stud welding and spot welding as a high standard of quality following ISO procedures and company independence while also contributing effectively as part of a physical requirements including standing sitting reaching bending stretching lifting up to 75 lbs. pushing pulling and fine tactical Requirements:57 years of experience in a relatable industry with TIG and MIG Welding School training school diploma or equivalent plus additional welding with ISO procedures/quality standards is to successfully pass a weld test print test and supply own welding helmet gloves and attention to detail and ability to work reside in Columbus OH or surrounding to pass a drug screen and background check.
