Job Summary
Were partnering with an international import and distribution company in the Aventura/North Miami area thats looking to add a hands-on StaffAccountant to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day accounting operations and working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
If youre bilingual (Spanish/English) comfortable in QuickBooks and like rolling up your sleevesthis could be a strong fit.
What Youll Do:
- Process and manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R)
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Assist with payroll processing and related entries
- Support the month-end close process
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with inventory tracking and basic cost accounting
What Theyre Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Experience with QuickBooks
