Description
Rate Of Pay -$11 per hour plus tips
Status: On Call
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stock bar mix and prepare drink orders for guests as well as servers in a fast and professional manner.
- Ensuring food products are of high standards in freshness and appearance replenishes if needed.
- Follow proper procedures in food sanitation.
- Store and maintain all equipment in proper fashion.
- Operate the cash register according to cash handling guidelines.
- Respond to guests requests and questions.
- Maintain clean working bars in accordance with coast guard Indiana Liquor Commission and Health Department standards.
- Follow safety rules and keep work area clean and orderly.
- Other duties as assigned.
