What Youll Do

What the intern will work on:

• Support the product management team in early-stage (upstream) product developmentactivities for the ASTRA platform.
• Conduct market and competitive researchto help identify trends gaps and opportunities in surgical enabling technologies.
• Support the creation of training materials sales tools or launch assets.
• Develop dashboards and data analytics tools to ensure proper reporting and tracking of surgeon usage and revenue.

Background we are looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degreein Engineering Biomedical Engineering Computer Science Data Science Business Marketing or a related field.

• Strong interest in medical technology software-enabled products or healthcare innovation.

• Comfortable working with data technical concepts or complex systems even if still learning.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to organize information and communicate clearly.

• Self-motivated curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with tools like PowerPoint Excel data analysis tools or basic technical platformsis a plusbut not required.
