Responsibilities
Revolution is leading the way in sustainable plastics and circular solutions creating real environmental impact while driving business growth. We are seeking a Sustainability Strategy Intern to join our team this summer and help translate sustainability performance into measurable customer value and long-term strategic advantage.
This 1012 week paid internship offers mentorship from experienced leaders hands-on exposure to sustainability strategy measurement and reporting and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial Circularity and Regulatory teams. Interns will have the unique opportunity to present their insights and recommendations to senior leadership gaining high-impact experience in shaping the future of sustainability at Revolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of customer-centric sustainability frameworks that demonstrate value in retention growth and differentiation
- Analyze current sustainability metrics reporting structures and customer-facing materials to identify opportunities for improvement
- Conduct research on regulatory developments including recycled content laws Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and end-market requirements
- Develop actionable recommendations for aligning sustainability metrics and reporting with customer and regulatory priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability insights into commercial and operational initiatives
- Contribute to the creation of a sustainability roadmap for the upcoming fiscal year
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business Sustainability Environmental Science Supply Chain or a related field with at least 2 years of study completed
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills comfortable working with data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and standard business tools
- Passion for sustainability circularity and business strategy
