Job Summary
Position Title: High School Spanish
Location: Franklin High School
Salary Range: Base Local Stipend
Length of Work Year: 10 months
Position Starts: August 2026
Position Summary;
Teacher will work closely with the Franklin High School team to implement the TEKS and other programs according to state local and federal guidelines and procedures.
Position Requirements
Education/Certification/License:Valid Texas secondary Spanish certification or enrolled in certification program.
Experience: High School Spanish teaching experience preferred/not required/Proficient with technology (computer projector document camera software and other related programs).
Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide effective Spanish instruction at the secondary level
- Maintain orderly classroom
- Meet and exceed state/campus goals for student performance
- Facilitate and monitor testing procedures related to instruction
- Promote mission and goals of Franklin ISD
