Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting. The LPN will deliver patient-centered care administer medications assist with treatments and monitor patient health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate patient-centered nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient health status
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Assist with daily patient care and other nursing duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania LPN license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred
